Health & safety guidelines
Before your appointment
For your safety and ours, we clean and sanitize our tools and rooms daily and in between each session.
Make sure you are symptom free from any illness. Please help us keep our other clients safe and reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. We will be here for you when you’re healthy again.
If you have had a recent illness, injury or surgery, please make sure your doctor knows and signs off on you receiving a massage.
If possible, please come in clean and without any scented lotions on.
During your appointment
You will be asked if there are any target areas or areas that have been bothering you lately.
You will be asked to undress to your comfort level when the massage therapist leaves the room. We ask that you also get on the table and cover up with the sheet and blanket provided. Most people undress to their underpants, while others fully undress. It is totally your decision. We know how to modestly drape our clients to provide access to target areas while maintaining the privacy and comfort of our clients.
Remember that the massage session is yours and you are in control of it. If you would like some areas worked on longer or others not at all, please inform your massage therapist. This goes for the pressure being used for your massage as well. Please keep your massage therapist informed if the pressure is too much or not enough. We want you to feel like you received the best massage possible and communication is key for that experience.
